A 32-year-old man was shot to death around 11:30 p.m. Monday inside a home on Axe Factory Road, near Welsh Road and Holme Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia.

Police say a father shot a man who climbed in through his daughter’s bedroom window, according to a report from 6ABC. According to CBS3, police said the homeowner possibly mistook the man for an intruder when he shot his daughter’s boyfriend. Homicide detectives interviewed the daughter and the father, both of whom cooperated with the investigation, according to NBC10.
