Man critical after North Philadelphia shooting

A 28-year-old man was shot six times shortly before 8 p.m. Wednesday on North Rosewood Street near Broad and Clearfield Streets in North Philadelphia.

The victim was shot twice each in the neck, stomach and arm, according to a report from 6ABC.

Five people were shot Tuesday in Philadelphia. As we reported earlier, preliminary data indicate that 119 people were shot during September in Philadelphia.
