One man dead, two more wounded after West Philadelphia shooting

Three men were shot about 10 minutes after midnight Sunday in the area of South 52nd and Delancey Streets in West Philadelphia.

One man – estimated to be in his late 20s – was listed in critical condition with three chest wounds at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Update: 6ABC is now reporting that the critically wounded victim did not survive.

Medics rushed a 47-year-old man to HUP, where he was listed in stable condition with gunshot wounds to both legs. A 24-year-old man with a leg wound was reported stable at Mercy Philadelphia Hospital.
