Man killed Tuesday afternoon in North Philadelphia

Medics pronounced a 38-year-old man dead at the scene after he was shot in the chest around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, on North 29th Street near North Cumberland Street, where North Philadelphia meets the city’s Strawberry Mansion neighborhood.

Two men were wounded — one fatally — in separate shootings Tuesday morning in Philadelphia, as we reported earlier.

  1. You must have personable responsibility for any gun you buy.if lost or stolen & used in a crime you pay a heafty fine..its your responsibility to protect it..
