Map: Six shooting incidents have been reported in Philadelphia between early Friday afternoon and the early hours of Saturday morning.
Medics rushed a teenager to Hahnemann University Hospital, where he was listed in critical condition after he was shot in the back shortly before 9 p.m. Friday in the area of Fairmount Avenue and North 7th Street, on the border of North Philadelphia and Northern Liberties.
The 16-year-old victim was shot during an argument between two groups, according to NBC10. CBS3 reported that he was struck in the lower back.
Police are looking for at least two men who ran from the scene, according to 6ABC:
One man is dead and another was hospitalized following a shooting incident reported shortly after midnight Saturday morning in the area of North 4th Street and West Indiana Avenue in Fairhill. A man in his twenties was shot in the chest and died a short time later at Temple University Hospital, according to CBS3.
Another man arrived at Temple with a leg wound and was listed in stable condition. NBC10 reported that he was being held as a person of interest:
A 31-year-old man was listed in stable condition at Jeans Hospital after he was shot in the arm shortly before 1 a.m. Friday n the area of Morefield and Veree Roads in the Bustleton section of the city. Another man was critically wounded in an assault rifle attack Thursday evening in Bustleton, as we previously reported.
Medics rushed a 36-year-old man to Jefferson University Hospital, where he was reported stable after he was shot in the thigh after 2:45 a.m. Saturday on Carpenter Street near Front Street in the Queen Village section of Philadelphia. NBC10 reported details on the confrontation:

Philadelphia’s four latest shooting victims were all reported in the Kensington section of the city.
Responding Philadelphia Police officers rushed a 24-year-old man to Temple University Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition after he was shot in the stomach around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday on East Indiana Avenue near B Street in Kensington.
As we previously reported, a 29-year-old man was critically wounded in a Kensington shooting Monday night and two men were wounded — one fatally — in separate shooting incidents reported in Kensington early Monday morning.
The latest data from the Philadelphia Police Department reports 201 homicides in the city so far during 2014, representing an increase of more than five percent from the 199 victims reported by the same date last year.
