An unidentified 19-year-old man was fatally wounded in a shooting reported just after 5 p.m. Wednesday on Watkins Street, near 5th and Morris Streets in the Southwark section of South Philadelphia.
Social media activity multiplied Tuesday as the 15-year-old girl killed Monday in Logan was identified as Aisha Abdur Rhaman, a student at the Delaware Valley Charter School. A 19-year-old man was critically wounded in the same incident.
