Shooters kill one man and wound four in overnight incidents across Philadelphia

Philadelphia Police investigators comb over the scene after a man was found shot to death around 8 p.m. Thursday night on the 1300 block of Greeby Street, in the Oxford Circle section of Northeast Philadelphia.
