A gunman wearing a clown mask robbed a 7-Eleven store in Northeast Philadelphia early Thursday morning. According to the latest police update, 1675 robberies with guns have been reported in the city during 2014.
On Thursday, the Philadelphia Police Department released surveillance videos, seeking to identify the suspects pictured above in connection with the armed robbery of an 11-year-old boy earlier this month in West Kensington.
The victim and his companion began to run when they noticed that they were being followed, according to a report from CBS3, but the suspects were able to catch up with them on Philip Street, near West Norris and North 2nd Streets.
Police also released a picture of a suspect wanted for multiple robberies this month in the East Oak Lane, Olney and Cedarbrook sections of the city
According to another CBS3 report, police are also now searching for the suspect who robbed a convenience store in Northeast Philadelphia early Friday morning. As we recently noted, more than 500 gunpoint robberies have been reported so far this year in Philadelphia.

In the latest shooting reports, two men were listed in stable condition after they were wounded in separate incidents Thursday night in West Philadelphia: Medics rushed a 22-year-old man to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania with leg wounds after he was shot just before 7:30 p.m. on Osage Avenue near 50th Street on the Garden Court neighborhood. And police rushed a 19-year-old man to HUP after he was shot in the leg shortly after 8 p.m. on North 54th Street near Ogden Street.
