Shooter wounds man twice Tuesday night in Allegheny West

A 22-year-old man was shot twice, in the back and arm, according to police, and was transported to Temple University Hospital, where he was reported in stable condition.

The victim was reported in stable condition at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, according to police, who added that the suspect may have fled on a SEPTA train.
