Police rushed a 24-year-old woman to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where she was listed in stable condition after she was shot inside her home early Tuesday in the Point Breeze section of Philadelphia. CBS3, 6ABC, NBC10 and Fox29 have reports.

According to the Philadelphia Daily News, police now say that Alberto Hernandez, 25, of 2nd Street near Huntingdon, has died following the shooting we reported last week on Magee Avenue in the Castor section of the city. The incident took place just footsteps from the scene of a robbery and shooting that left a man critically wounded last month.
