Neighbors watch compiled year-end video reports from GunCrisis.org while at the crime scene after a man was shot to death on the 5900 block of East Wister Street in the East Germantown section of Philadelphia late Saturday afternoon. Joseph Kaczmarek covered the scene for the GunCrisis Reporting Project.

According to police, a man in his 20s found in an alleyway with a chest wound and was rushed to Einstein Medical Center by police, but he was pronounced dead a short time later.
