A 28-year-old man was listed in stable condition at Temple University Hospital after he was shot in the thigh around 8:15 p.m. Friday on North 21st Street near West Venango Street in the Tioga section of Philadelphia.
October’s final shooting victim was a 22-year-old man who was in critical condition at Einstein Medical Center with an abdominal wound after he was shot around 11 p.m. Friday on Mohican Street near Lowber Avenue in West Oak Lane.
Medics rush a 23-year-old man to Einstein, where he was reported stable after he was shot in the chest around 1:15 a.m. Saturday on Wakening Street near Penn Street in Frankford. We haven’t found any other news reports addressing the latest three incidents.

Between Friday afternoon and Sunday night, 14 shooting victims were reported in Philadelphia, including one teen and two women. One man was killed and five more victims were initially reported in critical condition.
